I have a student residence permit. Can I get a Tax Free refund at Berlin Airport?
No. With a German residence permit you count as living here, so you cannot get Tax Free on things you buy in Germany.
That includes a student residence permit. As long as you hold one, you cannot claim a VAT refund at the airport.
Things you buy in Turkey may be a different matter. Some people say you can get the tax back on them when you leave Turkey on your way back to Germany.
