How do I get a few pieces of furniture or a sofa moved within Berlin?
On Kleinanzeigen you can find people with vans. There are also small 'man with a van' teams and apps such as TaskRabbit, Co-Tasker and Tiptapp. For very few things, the large cars in taxi apps work too.
For a few pieces you do not need a big removals company. A driver with a van or a small team is enough.

If you want to move things yourself, you can rent a van through car-sharing apps such as Miles. If your driving licence is not valid in Germany, you can also find a driver through these apps.
If you only have a few things, the large vehicle option (6-8 seats) in taxi apps can be cheaper than a removals company. Message the driver beforehand to say how many items there are.
Expect around 70-80 euros an hour or 250-300 euros for one move. Prices change, so get a few quotes and compare them.
