Is it a problem if I move after applying for family reunification?
Usually not. Do your Anmeldung (address registration) once you move in, and the new address then shows up in the system.
If you applied with your old address and then move, what matters is that you register at the new home. After that, the officer can see the new address in the system at your appointment.
The new home must be big enough for family reunification. If you are unsure, tell the Ausländerbehörde (immigration office) about the move and get confirmation.
