My problem with an online purchase (e.g. on Vinted) is not being solved. Where can I complain?
If the platform or seller does not solve the problem and the company is in another EU country, you can complain to the European Consumer Centre free of charge.
The European Consumer Centre (Europäisches Verbraucherzentrum in German) deals with problems with companies in other EU countries, and it does not charge for this. A complaint about a lost parcel has been resolved this way.
When you apply, attach your messages with the seller, the parcel tracking number and any documents you signed.
If the company is in Germany, the Verbraucherzentrale Berlin can advise you.
